Voice Engineer Tier III with Active Secret

• Designs systems solutions
• Installs, configures, operates, & maintains a variety of network & tele-communications systems equipment
• Builds and maintains architectures mostly packetized environments & focused on directory architecture, network operating systems, storage systems, collaborative environments, convergence,
• LAN/WAN, & security. (i.e. MS Windows OS and NOS, Unix, Linux, directory services, NAS and SAN and Tape and Backup, Proxy, Firewalls, VP, IDS, IPS, etc.). (***)

• Customer Service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of telecommunications field and service provider environments/services useful
• Strong knowledge of networking principles and implementation, * BA/BS + 4 Years’ in related field or equivalent experience
• Possess Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or better
• Experience with CISCO Voice and Security or related expertise or equivalent experience,
• ITIL Foundations Certification (within 6 months) with related expertise or equivalent experience
• Experience with ITSM/Remedy
