Partner Solutions Manager

A client/employer of Insight Global is searching for a Partner Solutions Manager to join their team. This person will serve as the primary liaison between global technology partners and internal teams to ensure secure, reliable integrations., Build and maintain strategic partnerships that align with business and market needs. -Drive commercial opportunities and lead partners through the full lifecycle, including onboarding, certification, launch, and optimization. -Translate technical requirements for seamless collaboration across Product, Engineering, Legal, and Commercial teams. -Monitor adoption and performance using data-driven insights to enhance processes and deliver continuous improvement. -Represent the organization in strategic partner discussions and champion innovation within the digital ecosystem.

8+ years in partner development, product management, or technical account management. -Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or SaaS environments. -Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and developer enablement. -Proven ability to identify opportunities and lead cross-functional delivery. -Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. -Track record of improving partner onboarding and lifecycle processes.
