Solutions Architect

The Koch Technologies MADICS team is responsible for empowering Koch businesses to deliver acquisition/divestiture transactions, business integrations into shared-services information technology, build and move sites and close sites. We collaborate to help each other succeed in a cycle of mutual benefit., * Architect innovative solutions that deliver business outcomes in collaboration with many different technical domains and functional teams.

• Partner with project managers and business IT stakeholders to understand and develop plans to address the business problem(s) to be solved.
• Manage relationships, escalations, create proposals and perform due diligence with business partners on new and in-flight MADICS projects.
• Work on tight timelines with a sense of urgency to meet defined delivery dates.
• Lean into curiosity and new ideas. Use experimental discovery to prove or disprove those ideas.
• Engage, challenge, and create reference architectures, frameworks, and patterns for Koch Technologies. Publish artifacts in a central MADICS architecture repository.
• Act as a mentor, providing ongoing coaching and mentoring to peers, enabling their continued growth.
• Continually strengthen your knowledge network across Koch Technologies and the operating companies. Collaborate and partner to leverage your comparative advantage across the organization.
• Help define and implement our MADICS strategy.
• Drive innovative business solutions and digital transformation.
• Be a technical point of contact for any blockers faced by PMs, technical SMEs.

• Demonstrated experience in architecture or senior engineering roles.
• Experience in multiple technical domains (network, server, storage, endpoint, identity, etc.)
• Experience in leading teams through delivering complex solutions across several technical domains
• Experience partnering with project managers to build project scope, build time/cost estimates and meet objectives and timelines
• Experience in working collaboratively on global projects
