Job description

As a Solution Architect for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience, you will shape how our Packaging and Cellulose businesses engage with their customers. You will own the architecture, design standards and technical roadmap for our Dynamics 365 CX platforms. You’ll turn complex commercial and service needs into scalable, secure and maintainable solutions. You’ll be the trusted technical voice for business leaders and delivery teams alike, balancing short-term business value with long-term platform health.

This role is hybrid (3 days in office) and located at our office in downtown Atlanta on Peachtree St.

Our Team

You will support three business units across Packaging and Cellulose, each running its own Microsoft Dynamics 365 instance. You’ll work alongside a US- and India-based team of technical leads, business analysts, developers and product owners. Together, we operate as one connected team that shares standards, reusable components and lessons learned across all three instances.

What You Will Do

  • Design end-to-end Dynamics 365 CX solutions across Sales, Customer Service and related Power Platform Apps that meet each business unit’s unique needs
  • Define and govern architecture standards, data models, technical documentation and security patterns so the three instances stay consistent where it matters and flexible where it doesn’t
  • Translate business requirements and product owner priorities into clear technical designs, solution blueprints and delivery guidance
  • Guide technical leads and developers through design decisions, code and configuration reviews, and solution best practices
  • Architect integrations between Dynamics 365 and ERPs, data platforms, marketing tools and other enterprise systems
  • Lead environment strategy and application lifecycle management practices, including solution management, security management and deployment approaches
  • Evaluate new Microsoft features, including Copilot and AI capabilities, and recommend where they can add value

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience architecting and delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CX solutions (such as Sales and Customer Service) in an enterprise environment
  • Hands-on expertise with the Power Platform and Dataverse, including data modeling, security, workflows and automation, and extensibility through plug-ins, APIs and custom components
  • Proven experience designing integrations and managing solution lifecycles (ALM, environments, release management) across multiple Dynamics instances or business units
  • Experience leading and influencing technical teams and business stakeholders, including distributed teams across multiple time zones
  • Must have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree a plus
  • 8+ years of experience in CRM or enterprise application delivery, including 4+ years in a solution architect or equivalent role on Dynamics 365
  • Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600), Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Analyst Associate (MB-280), Power Platform Developer (PL-400) or Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-305)
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions and Service Bus
  • Experience in manufacturing, packaging, chemicals or other B2B industrial environments
  • Experience leading multi-instance or multi-business-unit Dynamics programs and working in a global delivery model with US and India teamsi
  • Experience with agile delivery, Azure DevOps and data governance practices
