Entry Level Hyperscale Data Center Technicians - 22.00/HR -- Training Provided

• Telecommunications Fundamentals: Understanding the differences between Outside Plant (OSP) and Inside Plant (ISP) infrastructure.
• Closet Buildouts: Hands-on training and demonstrations covering telecommunications closet construction and setup.
• Cable Installation: Cable pulling, placement, pathways, navigation, stringing, separation, and installation best practices.
• Cable Termination: Introduction to Cat5 and Cat6 cabling, coaxial cable, modular and non-modular patch panels, and faceplate installation.
• Testing and Troubleshooting: General testing techniques, interpreting pass/fail readings, and proper use of cable testers.
• Professional Jobsite Practices: Job etiquette, tool identification, cabling terminology, and onsite documentation.

No previous industry experience is required-beginner classroom training is provided!

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 - 60.0 per week
