Salesforce Technical Architect

• Define and lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture for complex enterprise initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable impact on operational efficiency.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable Salesforce architecture, data models, integration patterns, and actionable implementation roadmaps.
• Design solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and external services to deliver robust functionality.
• Establish and enforce architectural standards for scalability, performance, maintainability, security, and reliability across Salesforce applications.
• Design and govern integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture, middleware, and API management platforms, optimizing for reliability and throughput.
• Define Salesforce data architecture, including object relationships, data ownership, data quality, and integration strategies, with measurable improvements in data accuracy and accessibility.
• Implement Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets, sharing, field-level security, OAuth, and integration security, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, enterprise architecture, security, DevOps/SRE, business stakeholders) to align Salesforce solutions with broader technology strategy and drive successful project delivery., * Enterprise architecture frameworks and aligning Salesforce solutions to organizational technology strategy
• Deployment automation, monitoring, alerting, and Salesforce org observability
• Multi-org strategy, environment management, and deployment architecture
• Salesforce platform governance and release management
• Experience leading proof-of-concept initiatives and evaluating emerging Salesforce technologies

Experience Range: With at least 8 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including significant expertise designing and architecting enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions as a Salesforce Architect, Technical Architect, or Solution Architect., * Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and configuration (Field Service, Case Management, Self Service, Digital Engagement)

• Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture and territory management
• Apex programming
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Salesforce Flow
• SOQL and SOSL
• Salesforce integration architecture (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, event-driven architecture)
• API management platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Apigee)
• Salesforce security architecture (profiles, permission sets, OAuth, integration security)
• Salesforce DX, CLI, Git, CI/CD, Copado, Gearset, source-driven development
• Salesforce data architecture (object relationships, data quality strategies)
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including OOP/OOD, design patterns, 12-factor principles, and software architecture
• Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external applications and services
• Strong backend development experience, preferably .NET, although Java or another object-oriented language would also work
• Experience with APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native technologies, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related discipline
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Salesforce Certified Application Architect (preferred)
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer (preferred)
