Job description
- Assist with configuring the Icertis GovCon module, including Contract types, metadata fields, and templates.
- Form layouts workflows, approval logic, user role assignments, security groups clause libraries, business rules, compliance fields, and validation logic.
- Participate in requirements-gathering sessions and configuration workshops.
- Document configuration changes, decisions, and testing steps.
- Support system testing (UAT), including test script execution and results logging.
- Help maintain configuration consistency across environments such as DEV, UAT, and PROD
Requirements
- Experience with business applications, workflow systems, SaaS platforms, or technical process-oriented work
- Knowledge of enterprise SaaS applications and configuration concepts
- Ability to be organized and follow structured workflows
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Bachelor’s degree
- US Citizenship

Pay Range: Hourly $75.00 to $95.00
