Banking Data Analytics Developer

One of Insight Global’s Financial Services clients is looking for an innovative Data Analytics Developer who has a knack for seeing solutions in sprawling data sets, building consistent business user experiences, and performing detailed analysis to produce genuine business insights that will find and fuel strategic opportunities. You will work directly with line of business leaders - including Business Chief Information and Chief Financial Officers - to assess and interpret their reporting needs. You will identify and design reporting solutions based on their requirements. You will use various data query and visualization tools (SQL, Power BI, SAS, etc.) to access multiple data sources and design insightful products for our business partners. You will develop solutions that will have a real impact for the bank and for our customers by building, developing, and maintaining data models, dashboards, reports, data automation systems, and performance metrics support that support key business decisions.

1+ years’ experience working in the Banking/Financial Services industry, or a similar regulated environment such as mortgage, lending, etc. 3+ years’ experience in developing analytics reports and dashboards in Power BI 3+ years’ experience programming skills with querying languages: SQL, SAS, R, Python, etc. 3+ years’ experience working with and creating data extracts 1-3+ years’ experience in Data visualization Demonstrated ability to engage directly with C-level executives when sharing data, reports and presentations Working knowledge of banking systems and tools (MeridianLink/LoansPQ, Encompass, Velocify, Fiserv Signature, Marquis Executrax MCIF) preferred
