The Senior Test Lead drives process improvements and mentors the QA team, contributing to the overall success of testing initiatives within the organization., 1. Collaborate With Clients And Team Members To Analyze Functional And Design Specifications, Identifying Performance Concerns And Inconsistencies While Ensuring The Necessary Test Environments And Infrastructure For Automotive Hil Testing Are Maintained And Updated.

1. Identify Opportunities For Process Improvement In Automotive Hil Testing Methodologies And Tools, Implementing Best Practices To Enhance The Efficiency And Effectiveness Of The Testing Process.
