UI/UX Designer

Design intuitive, visually polished, and user-centered interfaces for complex web applications and SaaS platforms.

• Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and comprehensive design systems.

• Simplify complex workflows, data-heavy dashboards, multi-step processes, and enterprise-level software experiences.

• Design CRM features such as contact management, lead pipelines, sales dashboards, task management, reporting, automation workflows, and customer profiles.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements based on feedback and product requirements.

• Ensure consistency across layouts, components, typography, spacing, colors, interactions, and responsive behavior.

• Balance aesthetics, accessibility, usability, and technical feasibility.

• Use AI-powered development tools to rapidly build functional prototypes and production-ready UI components.

• Translate design concepts and product requirements into working interfaces using tools such as Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, Replit, or similar platforms.

• Work with modern web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS.

• Generate, inspect, debug, and refine AI-generated code rather than relying blindly on automated outputs.

• Build reusable components, interactive dashboards, forms, tables, navigation systems, modals, and complex UI states.

• Connect interfaces to APIs, databases, authentication systems, and backend services when required.

• Understand application architecture, component structures, state management, data flow, and frontend-backend integration.

• Rapidly test ideas, identify usability issues, and iterate on working software through AI-assisted development.

• Design sophisticated business applications with multiple modules, user roles, permissions, and interconnected workflows.

• Understand how CRM platforms manage customers, leads, deals, communications, activities, and reporting.

• Design scalable information architecture that allows users to navigate large amounts of data efficiently.

We are looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with strong experience in vibe coding, rapid prototyping, and AI-assisted software development to design and build intuitive, modern, and scalable software applications.

The ideal candidate combines exceptional design skills with a strong understanding of how software works, allowing them to transform complex business requirements into seamless user experiences and functional interfaces. They should have experience designing sophisticated platforms such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, SaaS applications, dashboards, workflow automation tools, and other data-heavy business software.

This role goes beyond traditional UI/UX design. We need someone who can use AI-powered coding tools to turn ideas, wireframes, and prototypes into working software interfaces, collaborate effectively with developers, and iterate quickly without compromising design quality or usability., Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or UX Engineer.

• A strong portfolio showcasing complex web applications, SaaS platforms, dashboards, CRMs, or other business software.

• Hands-on experience with vibe coding or AI-assisted software development.

• Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, design systems, and interface design.

• Practical experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, Replit, or equivalent platforms.

• Working knowledge of React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar frontend technologies.

• Ability to convert design mockups into functional, responsive, and interactive interfaces.

• Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, interaction design, usability, and accessibility.

• Experience designing data-heavy interfaces, complex workflows, dashboards, or multi-module applications.

• Ability to evaluate AI-generated code, troubleshoot UI issues, and refine implementations independently.
