Oracle Utilities Cloud Developer

Our client is hiring an Oracle Utilities Cloud Developer to build and support Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service (CCS) as the organization moves its customer information and billing platform to Oracle Cloud. This is a hands-on development role on a fresh implementation: you will design extensions, integrations, and data conversion processes alongside the implementation partner, then own the platform after go-live. If you have built in CCS and want a long-term seat on the client side, this Oracle Utilities Cloud Developer role is a rare opportunity., * Configure, develop, and support Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service (CCS) across customer, billing, rates, payments, and credit and collections processes

• Build extensions with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) tools, including business objects, service scripts, algorithms, plug-in scripts, and Groovy
• Design and maintain integration between CCS and surrounding systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP web services
• Support data conversion from legacy SAP systems, including mapping, validation, and reconciliation
• Develop reports and data extracts for business and analytics teams
• Partner with business analysts, data engineers, and application architects to deliver solutions aligned with enterprise integration standards
• Support system integration testing, UAT, and post-go-live stabilization; troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Work with the implementation partner to absorb knowledge and build a sustainable internal support model
• Document configurations, integrations, and technical designs

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of enterprise application development or systems analysis experience
• Hands-on development experience with Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service (CCS) or Customer to Meter (C2M) in the cloud
• Working knowledge of OUAF configuration tools and Groovy scripting
• Experience building integrations with OIC, REST, or SOAP
• Understanding of utility customer processes: meter-to-cash, billing, rates, payments, and collections
• Strong SQL skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Bonus Skills / Opportunity to Grow

• Prior Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) development experience, including Java
• Data conversion experience, especially SAP IS-U to Oracle Utilities
• Exposure to Meter Data Management (MDM), Service Order Management, or Oracle Field Service integration
• Oracle Utilities CCS certification
• Full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation experience, * Bachelor’s (Required)
