Solutions Architect- Data Engineering

AAR is investing in a next-generation analytics platform, and we’re looking for a Solutions Architect to help lead the journey. What You’ll Do

• Design and build scalable data and analytics solutions
• Partner with business leaders to turn complex requirements into actionable insights
• Develop modern data pipelines, integrations, and analytics capabilities
• Influence architecture decisions, standards, and best practices
• Evaluate emerging technologies, AI use cases, and advanced analytics opportunities
• Help establish the foundation for AAR’s future data strategy

What You’ll Work With

• Databricks, Snowflake, Azure
• Python, PySpark, SQL
• Data architecture, pipelines, APIs, and analytics
• AI and advanced analytics initiatives

Are you a hands-on architect who enjoys designing enterprise solutions just as much as building them?, * 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or Solution Architecture

• Strong hands-on expertise with Python, SQL, Databricks, and Snowflake
• Experience designing cloud-based data and analytics platforms
• Ability to bridge technical solutions with business outcomes
• A builder’s mindset and passion for solving complex problems

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this position is $150,000 to $170,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for a bonus.
