We’re on a mission to improve society’s experience with software and that’s where you come in.ResponsibilitiesOwn the architecture and roadmap for a core product area end-to-end - from data model to UI - partnering with design and product to ship experiences customers loveLead the design of systems that surface insight from data at massive scale. Think real-time search across billions of log entries or automatic detection of common user paths across millions of eventsDrive adoption of AI/ML in the product, from bug-detection pipelines to full-stack AI-powered recommendationsSet technical direction for scaling our infrastructure cost-effectively while maintaining reliability under heavy loadRaise the bar for the team: mentor engineers, review architecture decisions, and model strong full-stack craftsmanshipQualificationsIf you don’t meet all of these, we still encourage you to apply. • 8+ years as a full-stack engineer, with a track record of owning both production frontend (React or similar) and backend systems. You’re as fluent in the UI layer as in APIs and data.

$225,000 - $260,000 a year
