Backend Software Engineer

LiveX AI is seeking a Backend Software Engineer to develop and enhance the backend systems behind its AI platform, which provides real-time, personalized customer engagement, faster problem-solving, and proactive support. • Implement and integrate AI models, including LLM technologies, to deliver personalized, seamless customer interactions.

• Stay current on emerging AI and backend technologies; propose and implement innovative solutions.

• 5+ years of professional backend software engineering experience.
• Proven expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, or similar advanced AI technologies.
• Hands-on experience with open-source LLM frameworks and tools, including deployment and optimization.
• Proficiency with cloud services (especially Google Cloud) and API development.
• Strong programming skills in Python and Go; clean, efficient, maintainable code.
• Passion for using technology to drive business innovation and improve customer experiences.
