Buyer with Security Clearance

This position will receive purchase requests; issue request for quotes/proposals; evaluate quotes/offers for best price, delivery, and other evaluation criteria; issue, administer and modify purchase orders; perform cost analyses and close out purchase orders; research available suppliers, set up and maintain file documentation to procurement standards and Government regulations. Required Experience: * Bachelors and 3 years related work experience in DoD purchasing or 7 years of direct DoD purchasing experience Required Skills: * Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Working knowledge of the FAR. * Strong attention to detail. * Exceptional organization, and the ability to manage multiple efforts. Desired Qualifications: * CPSR experience
