Desktop Support Technician

The IT Desktop Support Technician will serve as the first point of contact for end users and provide support across multiple computing platforms. This individual must possess strong technical skills and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on onsite environment., * Provide end-user support via calls, emails, and walk-up requests for both Mac and Windows environments

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware
• Build and deploy new system images
• Manage incidents and update tickets through ITSM tools
• Perform IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change)
• Troubleshoot and resolve operating system configuration issues
• Reinstall software, drivers, and add-ins as needed
• Provide general onsite IT support
• Support new hire equipment setup for both onsite and remote field employees

• 3+ years of end-user support experience
• Strong background in computer configuration and repair
• 3+ years supporting IT ticketing and incident management systems
• Experience with systems management tools (SMS or equivalent)
• Strong Active Directory experience
• Microsoft 365 (O365) experience beyond basic administration
• PowerShell experience
• Apple Mac hardware and software support experience
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage priorities
• Excellent communication, documentation, and training skills
• Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed, * JAMF (3+ years)
• Microsoft Entra & Intune (3+ years)
• Apple Business Manager (3+ years)
