Senior or Principal Firmware Engineer - Optical Transceivers

• Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for optical transceiver systems
• Collaborate with hardware and systems engineers on product integration
• Debug firmware issues and improve system reliability
• Develop testing procedures and validate firmware performance
• Review technical designs and support engineering documentation
• Mentor team members and contribute to firmware development standards

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Significant experience in embedded firmware development
• Strong programming skills in C or C++
• Knowledge of hardware interfaces, debugging tools, and system testing
• Experience with optical communication systems preferred
• Strong technical leadership and problem-solving skills
