Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials Consultant with deep functional and implementation expertise across Oracle Financials. The consultant will lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and post-production support for end-to-end finance processes.

The ideal candidate must have detailed, hands-on knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Bank Reconciliation, Account Reconciliation, Expenses, cash application, customer deductions, and payroll accounting. The consultant should understand how these areas integrate with procurement, order management, banking, payroll, tax, reporting, and external systems., * Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementation, enhancement, optimization, automation and support engagements.

• Conduct discovery workshops with finance, accounting, treasury, payroll, shared services, and business teams.
• Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and design scalable future-state solutions using Oracle standard functionality and AI Agents
• Translate business requirements into functional designs, configuration documents, process flows, test scripts, training materials, and operating procedures.
• Configure Oracle Fusion Financials modules according to approved business requirements.
• Advise customers on leading practices, standardization opportunities, internal controls, and process automation.
• Identify requirements that can be addressed through configuration and distinguish them from those requiring integrations, reports, extensions, or custom solutions.
• Coordinate with technical, integration, reporting, data-conversion, security, and infrastructure teams.
• Support conference-room pilots, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.
• Investigate production issues, determine root causes, and recommend sustainable resolutions.
• Train business users and provide knowledge transfer to finance and application-support teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of ERP financials experience, including significant hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials experience.
• Participation in at least three full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations.
• Deep functional knowledge of General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, and financial reconciliation.
• Strong experience with customer deductions, cash application, bank reconciliation, account reconciliation, and payroll accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, period close, and financial reporting.
• Ability to independently lead workshops, configure the application, demonstrate solutions, and resolve complex functional issues.
• Experience preparing functional designs, configuration documents, test scripts, training materials, and cutover plans.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with finance leaders, accountants, business users, developers, integration teams, and senior management., * CPA, CMA, Chartered Accountant, MBA, or comparable finance qualification.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials certification.
• Experience with global or multi-entity Oracle implementations.
• Experience with shared-services, manufacturing, distribution, or consumer-products organizations.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, sales tax, VAT, withholding tax, and statutory reporting.
• Experience with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management and Oracle Account Reconciliation.
• Experience replacing spreadsheet-based finance processes with controlled Oracle workflows and reporting.
• Experience with financial-process automation, intelligent document processing, and AI-enabled cash application or reconciliation.
