Desktop Support Technician

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, operating systems, and peripherals while ensuring timely issue resolution and adherence to SLAs., * Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and software issues.

• Support Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory, and macOS.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and applications.
• Manage IT tickets and resolve issues within SLAs.
• Support network connectivity, mobile devices, and AV equipment.
• Document incidents, update users, and escalate complex issues..

• Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 18 months of hands-on desktop, help desk, or IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, endpoint security, and mobile device management.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certifications preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, walk, and service IT equipment; lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Travel between sites and flexible working hours may be required., * MacOS Server: 1 year (Required)
