Data Center Technician Manager

• Supervise and coordinate daily data center technician activities
• Oversee server installations, hardware repairs, and equipment upgrades
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules and service requests
• Monitor infrastructure issues and coordinate timely resolution
• Train technicians and maintain technical work standards
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and access-control procedures
• Track equipment inventory and maintenance documentation
• Coordinate with IT, network, and facilities teams

• Technical degree or equivalent experience in IT infrastructure or data center operations
• Experience with server hardware, networking, and troubleshooting
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance and data center procedures
