Solutions Architect

We are seeking a Solutions Architect to lead the technical design, development, and implementation of MES platforms in manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate combines hands-on development experience, deep architectural insight, and strong communication skills. Projects range from focused system upgrades to enterprise-level greenfield deployments. This is a remote-first role with travel required for onsite startup, collaboration, and customer engagement., * Design and implement MES solutions that integrate SCADA/HMI, PLCs, ERP, and cloud platforms

• Lead full project lifecycles-from requirements gathering to commissioning and post-launch support
• Architect modular systems aligned with ISA-95 and tailored to client operations
• Develop applications in Ignition Perspective, integrating via SQL, REST APIs, and industrial protocols
• Commission systems onsite and ensure successful startup
• Oversee multiple concurrent scopes across different project phases
• Collaborate on greenfield manufacturing initiatives with cross-disciplinary teams
• Mentor junior engineering talent
• Engage with clients to define project scope and deliverables
• Travel occasionally for installations, meetings, training, or industry events

Do you have experience in Technical troubleshooting support?, We are looking for someone who can pull victory out of the jaws of defeat-a solutions-oriented thinker who can fill the vacuum, adapt under pressure, and naturally gravitate toward their strengths to guide projects to success., * 7+ years in system integration, SCADA, and/or MES development

• Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade MES solutions
• Proficient with:
• Ignition (especially Perspective)
• Python, Java, C#
• PostgreSQL, Oracle, Transact-SQL
• REST APIs, OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lead projects from architecture to commissioning
• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
