We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Frontend Developer to join our vibrant tech team! Your expertise will drive the frontend implementation across Drupal theming, MDWDS components, page templates, and accessibility remediation throughout the build and migration phases. Join us to craft impactful digital solutions that captivate users and support our business goals., * Build mockups in Drupal using MDWDS components.

Implement header and navigation component spikes.
Validate MDWDS components for re-use across page types.
Provide pattern feasibility review during Strategic Brief inputs.
Provide UI recommendations feasibility input to UX Recommendations report.
Build site theme and page templates using MDWDS.
Perform manual page builds during content migration.
Migrate front-end components from legacy to new templates.
Apply accessibility fixes in templates for remediation.
Implement front-end redirect handling logic.
Resolve UI/UX defects during QA and verification.
Document UI components for governance.
Apply bug fixes and content edits during hyper-care.

Requirements

Do you have experience in WCAG?, * Minimum 4 years of frontend development experience.

Drupal theming experience using Twig.
Strong HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript skills.
Experience with design systems (MDWDS, USWDS, or equivalent).
Accessibility-aware development at WCAG 2.1 Level AA., * Acquia Certified Frontend Specialist.
Experience with state or federal accessibility audits.
Experience with large-scale content migration., * Are you accessibility-aware development at WCAG 2.1 Level AA?
Do you have Maryland Web Design System (MDWDS), US Web Design System (USWDS), or equivalent skills?
Do you have skills in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript?
Do you have Drupal theming experience using Twig?
