White this is a remote position, some travel is required. We prefer candidates located in Houston, east Texas or western Louisiana.

What You’ll Do

• Support change management activities for Microsoft technology projects.
• Conduct stakeholder, readiness, and change impact assessments and turn the findings into clear, actionable change plans.
• Build and execute communication, training, sponsor engagement and reinforcement plans that help users embrace change.
• Spot resistance and adoption risks early and help clients address them before they stall progress.
• Help clients adopt Microsoft Copilot, Cowork and AI-enabled ways of working.
• Translate technical capabilities into practical business value and role-based use cases.
• Support champion networks and AI literacy efforts that build confidence and trust across business teams.
• Define adoption success measures and use usage data and user feedback to adjust the approach and show results.
• Develop enablement materials, including user guides, FAQs, training content, and adoption playbooks.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, office hours, and stakeholder discussions.
• Work closely with project managers, technical consultants, solution architects, and client teams as part of one delivery team.
• Identify adoption risks and resistance and help clients address them proactively.
• Contribute to Quisitive’s change management tools, methods, and best practices., Lead biopharma business development across the US West Coast and Central States, acquiring pharmaceutical and biotechnology customers and expanding strategic accounts. Build and manage Salesforce pipeline, develop proposals, negotiate agreements, and close projects involving genomic assays, biomarker discovery, clinical trial assays, precision medicine, and companion diagnostics. Collaborate with scientific, commercial, and operational teams to shape customer solutions. Travel domestically and internationally approximately 30% of the time.

• 3+ years of experience in organizational change management, technology adoption, training, communications, or consulting.
• Experience with Copilot and/or Cowork change management experience required.
• Experience supporting technology implementation projects in a client-facing environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, Purview or similar technologies.
• Understanding of change management principles and frameworks such as ADKAR or Prosci.
• Strong written communication, presentation, facilitation, and active listening skills.
• Ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and work independently as part of a delivery team.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.
