You will play a key role in modernizing identity services, supporting security initiatives, and driving cloud transformation projects across the business.Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesAdminister and enhance Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid Active Directory environmentsDesign and manage identity and access management solutions, including Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, and federation technologiesSupport and optimize Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDriveImplement identity governance, authentication, and security controls aligned with Zero Trust principlesDevelop PowerShell and Python automation to improve operational efficiency and security complianceSupport identity-related projects including tenant migrations, acquisitions, divestitures, and cloud transformationsPartner with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to maintain secure, scalable enterprise identity servicesContribute to enterprise PKI, certificate management, and compliance initiatives as neededQualifications:Required5+ years of experience in identity management, Microsoft cloud technologies, Microsoft 365 administration, or enterprise infrastructure engineeringHands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid Active Directory environmentsExperience administering Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDriveExperience with Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, federation technologies (SAML, LDAP, ADFS), and identity governanceProficiency with PowerShell and/or Python automationStrong understanding of enterprise security principles, identity management, and Zero Trust architecturePreferredExperience with Intune, Windows Hello for Business, or endpoint identity managementExperience with PKI, certificate lifecycle management, Venafi, CyberArk, or related security platformsExperience supporting tenant migrations, acquisitions, divestitures, or large-scale enterprise integrationsFamiliarity with ServiceNow workflows and automationExperience supporting regulated environments (CMMC, NIST 800-171, ITAR, GCC High)Relevant Microsoft, Azure, security, or IAM certificationsTeledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards. • 5+ years of experience in identity management, Microsoft cloud technologies, Microsoft 365 administration, or enterprise infrastructure engineering
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid Active Directory environments
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Experience with Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, federation technologies (SAML, LDAP, ADFS), and identity governance
• Proficiency with PowerShell and/or Python automation
• Strong understanding of enterprise security principles, identity management, and Zero Trust architecture

Preferred

• Experience with Intune, Windows Hello for Business, or endpoint identity management
• Experience with PKI, certificate lifecycle management, Venafi, CyberArk, or related security platforms
• Experience supporting tenant migrations, acquisitions, divestitures, or large-scale enterprise integrations
• Familiarity with ServiceNow workflows and automation
• Experience supporting regulated environments (CMMC, NIST 800-171, ITAR, GCC High)
• Relevant Microsoft, Azure, security, or IAM certifications
