Job description

We’re looking for a dependable, organized, and personable Project Manager to join our team! This person will work closely with our current Project Manager to share responsibilities and help keep our remodeling and custom home projects running smoothly from start to finish.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with people, keeping projects organized, solving problems, and seeing a project come together. You’ll work with homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, and our team to keep everyone on the same page and make sure things keep moving forward.

We’re not looking for someone who simply checks boxes on a list. We want someone who takes ownership, follows through, communicates well, and understands that a successful project is about more than just getting the work done-it’s about the experience we provide along the way.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Working alongside our current Project Manager to coordinate remodeling and custom home construction projects.
  • Keeping projects organized and helping schedules stay on track.
  • Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, materials, and deliveries so everyone knows what needs to happen and when.
  • Visiting job sites to check progress, answer questions, and help work through any issues that come up.
  • Communicating with homeowners to keep them informed and help make the building or remodeling process a positive experience.
  • Helping monitor project budgets, expenses, and any changes that come up along the way.
  • Anticipating potential problems and working with the team to find practical solutions.
  • Keeping project schedules, notes, and other important information organized and up to date.
  • Working together with our Project Manager and company leadership to make sure projects meet our standards for quality and craftsmanship.
  • Pitching in where needed, supporting your teammates, and helping us continue to do great work for our customers.

Requirements

  • Experience in residential remodeling, custom home construction, or residential construction project management.
  • An understanding of how residential construction projects come together, including subcontractors, scheduling, materials, and job site coordination.
  • Someone who is organized, dependable, and good at keeping track of the details.
  • A friendly, professional communicator who is comfortable working with homeowners and subcontractors.
  • Someone who can think on their feet, solve problems, and stay calm when things don’t go exactly as planned.
  • A team player who is also comfortable taking initiative and working independently.
  • Someone who takes pride in their work, follows through on commitments, and treats people with respect.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn and use project management software.
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to job sites as needed.

Why Join Our Team?

We’re a small company, and we like it that way. We work closely together, value each other’s contributions, and understand that we’re all working toward the same goal. You’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in our projects and our customers’ experiences, rather than feeling like just another number in a large organization.

We want someone who will feel comfortable being part of our team, sharing ideas, helping solve problems, and growing with us. We value honesty, reliability, good communication, and people who genuinely care about the work they do.

If you’re looking for a place where you can put your experience to good use, work alongside good people, and help create beautiful homes and spaces for our customers, we’d love to hear from you!, * Construction management: 2 years (Required)

Benefits & conditions

  • Life insurance
  • Paid time off

About the company

Because we’re a small team, everyone plays an important role in our success. We believe in working together, helping each other out, communicating openly, and taking pride in a job well done. We’re looking for someone who shares those values and wants to be part of a team where their contributions truly matter.
