Operations Dispatcher - Technology focused

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to review data, identify trends, and explain findings clearly
• Experience gathering and organizing information from multiple sources
• Programming knowledge
• Familiarity with SQL and databases for storing and retrieving information is preferred
• Ability to build or improve tools that make everyday work more efficient
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with a team, communicate clearly, and help train others

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate 10-30 trucks in real time
• Communicate with drivers and customers
• Monitor GPS, maps, and dispatch software
• Solve problems and make real-time decisions
• Work across multiple applications and screens

Night Shift

3 Days a Week 5:00 PM-5:00 AM CENTRAL

Pay $17 - 19/hour based on experience.

We’re looking for people who enjoy computers, learn software quickly, ask questions, and take pride in building an efficient workspace. We can teach the trucking industry. We can’t teach curiosity, initiative, and the drive to become really good at what you do.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour, * 401(k)
