Hogan Developer

We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Hogan, COBOL, and mainframe technologies. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in banking or financial services, with experience supporting, developing, and maintaining financial applications in a mainframe environment., * Develop, enhance, maintain, and support mainframe applications using Hogan and COBOL.

• Analyze existing applications and implement enhancements based on business requirements.
• Troubleshoot application issues and support production-related incidents.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, testing, and defect resolution.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and other developers to deliver reliable solutions.
• Support application maintenance and ensure system stability and performance.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation as required.

Candidates must be willing to work onsite at one of the specified locations and attend an in-person interview., * Minimum 7 years of experience in Mainframe Development.

• Strong hands-on experience with Hogan applications and systems.
• Proficiency in COBOL programming.
• Strong experience working with mainframe technologies and enterprise applications.
• Banking or financial services domain experience is mandatory.
• Experience in application development, maintenance, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other project members., * Banking or financial services experience is required.
