Commercial HVAC/R Field Service Supervisor

Quick Servant Co Inc is seeking a Commercial HVAC/R Field Supervisor to lead a team of service technicians supporting restaurants, retail, and commercial facilities across the Mid-Atlantic. In this family-oriented, service-driven role, you will coordinate daily field operations, dispatch and support technicians, and perform advanced troubleshooting on commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and related equipment. You’ll ensure safe, high-quality work, mentor technicians, and help maintain strong, long-term customer relationships while benefiting from ongoing technical training and career growth., * Supervise and support commercial HVAC/R field technicians across assigned territory

• Coordinate daily scheduling, dispatch, and workload to meet customer commitments
• Perform advanced diagnostics, repair, and startup of commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Ensure all work meets safety, code, and company quality standards
• Train, mentor, and evaluate technicians to build technical and customer-service skills
• Review work orders, parts usage, and documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Partner with office staff on quoting, scheduling, and customer communication
• Promote a strong safety culture and enforce use of proper PPE and procedures
• Assist with commissioning, retrofits, and preventive maintenance programs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key restaurant, retail, and commercial clients
