You will establish scalable experimentation frameworks, drive analytical rigor, and leverage AI/ML capabilities to automate anomaly detection, streamline experiment monitoring, and accelerate insight generation.

You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities, define success metrics, prioritize initiatives, and translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations that influence product strategy and business outcomes. You will also develop a high-performing team, champion analytical innovation, and enable self-service experimentation and analytics capabilities across the organization.

Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.

  • Strong expertise in end-to-end experimentation, including hypothesis development, A/B and multivariate testing, experimental design, statistical power analysis, and post-hoc analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with advanced statistical techniques, including causal inference, Bayesian methods, regression modeling, variance reduction (e.g., CUPED), and predictive analytics.
  • Experience leveraging AI/ML and Generative AI to automate anomaly detection, experiment monitoring, root-cause analysis, and analytical workflows.
  • Strong product analytics expertise, including KPI development, funnel and cohort analysis, customer behavior analytics, and measurement of incremental business impact.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or R, with experience working on large-scale datasets and modern cloud data platforms (e.g., GCP, BigQuery, Postgres).
  • Familiarity with experimentation platforms, data visualization tools (e.g., Domo, Power BI), and scalable analytics solutions.
  • Strong understanding of experiment integrity, data quality, statistical rigor, and measurement frameworks to ensure reliable decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and translate complex insights into strategic business recommendations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in Retail, Digital Commerce, Merchandising, Marketing, or Digital Product Experimentation preferred.
