Job description

We are hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst to support and drive execution during a critical phase of growth.

With a 50-dashboard portfolio, a major rollout of our case-status framework in flight, and a clear path from ~2,500 to 10,000+ cases per month, this is a build-and-deliver role for someone who can operate with urgency, structure, and accountability.

You will partner directly with the CTO, the COO, and 10 department leads across patient services, pharmacy, billing, and law firm operations to govern our data, assure its quality, and produce the insight that drives execution - owning the semantic data model, the data quality regime, the dashboard portfolio, and the daily governance and quality routine that keeps our reporting honest at scale.

What You’ll Own:

  • The semantic data model and the business glossary (a set definition that should not change).
  • Data governance and quality - leading-indicator monitoring to catch silent drift, an auditable decision trail, controlled recovery procedures, and a structured human review process for high-stakes or regulated calls
  • A consistent case-status framework applied across the business glossary, our operational systems, and our reporting
  • Cross-functional partnership across Operations, Engineering, and department leads - establishing the handoff standards that keep reporting work and product work moving forward in parallel
  • Our 50-dashboard portfolio - design proposals, build coordination with the team, and continue / hand-off / retire decisions on the dashboards that need new owners
  • Functional lead role on a multi-member virtual BI Team - twice-daily standups (morning governance and quality review; end-of-day status and priorities), priority-setting, sequencing, and quality of work product
  • Curation of our AI prompting library and a monthly insight memo that turns operational data into a leadership-ready perspective

What Success Looks Like:

  • Daily data governance and quality routine running; first review cycle on flagged items completed within the first 2 weeks
  • Ownership of glossary, operational systems, and dashboards within the first 30 days
  • AI query success rate baselined and improving
  • Dashboard rollouts shipped end-to-end with clear ownership handoff to the consuming department lead
  • Ad-hoc reporting for departmental lead use
  • Written weekly update to CTO / COO of your progress
  • Demonstrated experience in owning and extracting intelligence from enterprise data without requiring an army to do so, * Build and shape Injury Bridge’s BI function from a deliberate posture refresh - Govern, Assure, Discover, Propose, Produce
  • Direct impact on company growth - your governance keeps reporting honest as we scale from 2,500 to 5,000+ cases per month
  • High ownership and visibility - you report directly to the CTO and partner daily with the COO and department leads
  • Performance-driven environment with clear expectations and measurable performance metrics
  • Fast feedback loops - twice-daily standups and a daily quality routine mean you see your impact in real time
  • Work onsite in Atlanta with a virtual team you lead functionally

Requirements

Do you have experience in Business intelligence tools?, * 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, data analytics, financial analysis, or data stewardship

  • Strong proficiency with PowerBI and Excel; working familiarity with data modeling and business-entity design
  • Self-sufficient with high personal accountability - ships polished work without heavy oversight
  • Thinks, has ideas, and shares proposals
  • Leverages AI critically
  • Experience in healthcare services, personal injury, legal, or multi-entity operations is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, standardize, and put systems in place, * Business intelligence or Data Analytics: 5 years (Required)
  • PowerBI : 3 years (Required)

About the company

Injury Bridge is a rapidly growing healthcare services platform operating at the intersection of patient care and the personal injury ecosystem with a network of providers.

We support patients, providers, and law firms through coordinated services that improve access to care and drive better outcomes across the lifecycle of a case.

We are currently managing ~2,500 cases per month, with a clear path to 5,000+. To get there, we are building the operational infrastructure required to scale across patient services, pharmacy, and revenue execution.

This is not a traditional healthcare environment.

We are a performance-driven, operator-led company where speed, accountability, and execution matter.

All roles are onsite in Atlanta and require a high level of engagement, collaboration, and ownership.
