Strong experience with Genesys Cloud CX / PureCloud
IVR design and call flow development, including bots and secure flows
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and JSON/XML payloads
Knowledge of RESTful web services and OAuth
Scripting experience with JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell
Experience with Genesys Cloud CI/CD and DevOps

Preferred

Genesys Tech Lead experience
