Website Designer

We are seeking to hire a part-time Website Designer. The Website Designer at Renovation Church is a high-ownership role, responsible for leading and building Renovation Church’s digital presence across multiple church location websites (4+ and growing) as well as the mobile app., * Manage and make major updates to all websites (4+ and growing)

• Build a system to empower location staff to make small updates to their respective websites
• Build new pages, page templates, landing pages, and site sections
• Ensure all sites stay consistent in structure, design, and quality

Mobile App Management

• Update content, events, and announcements
• Create & send push notifications
• Keep the mobile app aligned with website content

Design & Content

• Make simple design updates (graphics, layouts, page visuals)
• Ensure everything looks clean, consistent, and on-brand
• Support campaigns with basic web/app design execution

Giftedness and Abilities

• Experience with website platforms (Wix, WordPress, etc.)
• Basic design skills (Canva and Adobe, or similar)
• Strong eye for clean, modern design
• Comfortable managing multiple sites and priorities
• Strong systems mindset
• Self-directed and comfortable working with ownership
• Simple and clear communicator
• Strong attention to detail

Physical Requirements

• Ability to navigate church or facility buildings, often including steps
• Frequent walking, standing, kneeling, and bending
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds for extended periods of time

This position is part-time working 20 hours a week onsite (flexible daytime). The pay range for this role is $20-$25 per hour.
