Job description

Our systems directly influence how leads are managed, customers are served, properties move through our organization, leaders make decisions, and employees do their jobs every day.

You’ll have the opportunity to solve problems that have an immediate and visible impact across the Company.

Own More Than Support Tickets

We want someone who sees beyond the individual issue.

Yes, you’ll help troubleshoot technology when something breaks. But you’ll also be encouraged to ask why it broke, whether the process can be improved, and whether technology can eliminate the problem altogether.

This role offers opportunities to improve systems, reporting, automation, data quality, integrations, and workflows-not simply respond to support requests.

Build What’s Next

We’re actively exploring ways artificial intelligence and automation can improve how we operate.

If you’ve built AI-powered tools, internal applications, API integrations, automated workflows, or other technology that reduces manual work or improves decision-making, we want to hear about it.

You’ll have room to experiment, recommend solutions, and help shape how emerging technology is used within the organization.

Work Across the Business

Technology supports every department at Integrity First Home Buyers.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, People, and Company leadership to understand problems and translate business needs into practical technical solutions.

That variety provides broad exposure to the organization and an opportunity to understand how the entire business works.

Values-Driven Culture

We move quickly, hold high standards, and genuinely care about doing things the right way.

Our Waymaker culture is built around five core values: Can-Do, Care Hard, Listen First, Never Settle, and Play to Win.

We’re looking for someone who brings curiosity, accountability, responsiveness, strong problem-solving instincts, and a willingness to keep improving the systems around them.

About the Role

As IT Systems & Automation Specialist, you’ll support the technology infrastructure, business systems, reporting, data integrity, and day-to-day technical needs of Integrity First Home Buyers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide responsive technical support and troubleshooting for employees across hardware, software, user access, connectivity, and business applications.
  • Diagnose and resolve technology issues for both in-office and remote employees.
  • Administer and support the Company’s Salesforce environment.
  • Build, maintain, and improve Salesforce reports and dashboards used by employees and Company leadership.
  • Monitor Salesforce data quality and proactively identify inconsistencies, duplicate records, incomplete information, or other data integrity concerns.
  • Troubleshoot Salesforce functionality, user issues, workflows, permissions, reports, and system behavior.
  • Assist with Salesforce configuration and continuous improvement as business needs evolve.
  • Support the Company’s Microsoft technology environment, including Microsoft 365 and related applications.
  • Manage user access, permissions, account setup, technology onboarding, and employee offboarding activities.
  • Maintain documentation related to systems, configurations, processes, troubleshooting, and technology standards.
  • Support Plecto dashboards and reporting where applicable; prior Plecto experience is strongly preferred.
  • Evaluate opportunities to automate repetitive processes and improve workflows across departments.
  • Build or support automations using available workflow, AI, integration, and API-based tools.
  • Assist with the development of internal applications, AI-enabled tools, or other technology solutions that improve productivity or decision-making.
  • Proactively monitor system functionality and address issues before they significantly impact employees or business operations.
  • Partner with employees and department leaders to identify technology needs and recommend practical solutions.
  • Maintain appropriate security, access, data integrity, and system administration practices.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and recommend tools or approaches that could meaningfully improve Company operations., * alesforce Administration & Reporting: Describe your hands-on experience working in Salesforce. What responsibilities have you personally handled, including building reports or dashboards, maintaining data integrity, managing users or permissions, troubleshooting issues, or configuring workflows? Please provide specific examples of work you completed directly.
  • IT Troubleshooting & User Support: Walk us through a technical issue you personally diagnosed and resolved for an employee or team. What was the problem, how did you investigate it, what steps did you take to resolve it, and how did you communicate the solution to the user?
  • Automation, AI & Integrations: Describe a workflow, automation, internal tool, or AI-enabled solution you have personally built or implemented. What problem were you trying to solve, which tools or platforms did you use, did the solution involve APIs or integrations, and what impact did it have on the business or users?

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who can troubleshoot everyday technology issues, support employees when systems aren’t working the way they should, and also think beyond the immediate problem-improving systems, protecting data integrity, building useful reporting, creating automations, and helping us use technology more effectively across the business.

Salesforce experience is a critical component of this role.

You’ll work within our Salesforce environment to maintain data quality, troubleshoot issues, build and improve reports and dashboards, support users, and help ensure the system continues to meet the operational needs of the business.

You’ll also support our broader Microsoft-based technology environment and the applications our teams rely on every day.

We’re especially interested in candidates who are curious about where technology is headed.

Experience using artificial intelligence, building internal applications, developing automations, connecting systems through APIs, or creating AI-enabled workflows would be a significant advantage. We want someone who doesn’t just maintain technology, but actively looks for opportunities to make it better.

Our environment moves quickly, and technology touches nearly every department in the Company. One day you may be troubleshooting an employee’s access issue or investigating a Salesforce record; the next, you may be building a management report, cleaning data, improving a workflow, evaluating an integration, or experimenting with an AI-powered solution that eliminates hours of manual work.

You should enjoy that variety, be naturally curious, and take ownership of solving problems through to completion.

This position is based out of York, PA. Local candidates are strongly preferred, and hybrid work may be available depending on experience and the needs of the role. We are also open to considering exceptional remote candidates who demonstrate the technical depth, communication skills, responsiveness, and independence necessary to effectively support an in-office team from a distance., * Demonstrated professional experience supporting business technology, systems administration, IT support, or a closely related function.

  • Hands-on Salesforce experience is required, including building reports, working with data, troubleshooting user or system issues, and supporting ongoing system functionality.
  • Strong understanding of data integrity and the ability to identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues.
  • Experience supporting employees with everyday technology troubleshooting in a professional business environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft-based business environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate problems independently rather than relying exclusively on established scripts or instructions.
  • Strong organization, documentation, follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and distinguish between routine support needs and business-critical technology issues.
  • A proactive mindset and a tendency to identify opportunities for improvement rather than simply maintaining the status quo.
  • Experience with Plecto or similar business intelligence, KPI, or dashboard platforms strongly preferred.
  • Experience within real estate, real estate investing, wholesaling, property sales, or another transaction-driven environment is helpful but not required.
  • Experience with artificial intelligence tools, workflow automation, low-code/no-code development, API integrations, or internal application development strongly preferred.
  • Experience designing or implementing AI-enabled workflows, agents, applications, or business automations is a significant plus.
  • Ability to effectively support an in-office workforce whether working onsite, hybrid, or remotely.

Ready to Build Better Systems?

If you’re the person others turn to when technology isn’t working-and you’re equally interested in figuring out how technology could work better-we’d love to hear from you.

We’re especially interested in candidates who combine strong Salesforce and technical support capabilities with curiosity around automation, AI, integrations, and the future of business technology.

Benefits & conditions

Please complete all screening questions with your application. Responses are reviewed as part of our initial candidate evaluation, and completion is required for consideration.

Please do not call or visit the office regarding this position. Candidates who do so may be removed from consideration.

We’re excited to meet someone ready to help us build smarter, more reliable, and more effective technology across the Company!
