It’s an exciting time at SolutionHealth as we continue to advance our technology platforms.About the Job:The Epic Systems Administrator is responsible for the installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of the Epic (Electronic Health Record) Service, Client Application, and Web Application Servers. This position also performs setup and configuration, proactive monitoring, and maintenance of assigned systems and application delivery technology.What You’ll Do:Provides customer service to the end user community via telephone, electronic communications or in person in a timely and professional manner.Assist in the implementation, configuration and deployment of server/system infrastructure. This includes but is not limited to supporting both physical and virtual environments across Microsoft and Linux platforms.Assist in supporting VMware infrastructure.
