This is not a traditional ERP administrator or maintenance role. Be the leader in our ERP Transformation!Over the next several years, we anticipate replacing our legacy enterprise system, and this role will be expected to help lead that evaluation, planning, implementation, and long-term ownership.This role leads improvement of enterprise systems, including ERP, integrations, manufacturing technologies, operational workflows, reporting platforms, and AI-enabled business capabilities.Key areas of focus include:operational efficiencyuser and customer experienceprocess consistencysystem quality and performancescalabilitybusiness valueYou will work directly with leadership, operational teams, frontline users, and the CIO to help drive enterprise systems improvements across the organization. Qualifications, Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
• 5+ years of experience supporting, improving, implementing, or optimizing ERP and enterprise business systems
• Experience working in manufacturing, operational, or process-driven environments preferred
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving operational improvements strongly preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, project leadership, and execution skills
• Strong SQL, API, data analysis, QA, and systems integration experience
• Experience working with third-party vendors, implementation partners, and SaaS platforms

• Manufacturing industry experience
• ERP evaluation, selection, and implementation experience
• Experience with operational technology, HMI, MES, or manufacturing integrations
