In this Senior Integration & Test role, you’ll own subsystem and system-level testing for complex, high-impact aerospace and defense systems. You’ll plan and execute First Article Qualification Tests and Factory Acceptance Tests, then translate results into rock-solid confidence for the program.

You’ll touch everything from prototype hardware to production units, from MIL-STD environmental test to RF/SATCOM and networked communication equipment.

Your work won’t sit in a lab notebook. It will get fielded.

What You’ll Work On

You’ll be a key player in Systems Integration & Test, driving:

• Subsystem and full system integration in a lab environment
• First Article Qualification Testing (FAQT)
• Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
• Production and qualification testing to MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-461
• RF / SATCOM communications test activities
• Networked system configurations with firewalls, switches, and routers
• Prototype development of specialized hardware
• Logistics, transportation planning, and personnel training related to test

You’ll be hands-on with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, electronic test equipment, communications and network gear, and test automation using tools like LabVIEW and Python.

Your lab is where concepts become qualified, trusted systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Set up, configure, and document complex hardware and software systems under test
• Procure required equipment for system builds and generate drawing trees, parts lists, and interconnect diagrams
• Develop test plans, procedures, test scripts, and documentation for FAQT and FAT events
• Execute procedures to test and troubleshoot components, sub-assemblies, assemblies, and full systems
• Complete detailed test documentation, procedures, and manufacturing build documents
• Conduct qualification and system-level testing in accordance with MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-461
• Operate, verify, and maintain test sets and electronic test equipment
• Lead and conduct software integration activities and associated testing
• Analyze and record test outcomes, capturing performance metrics and system readiness reports
• Support prototype development and transition to production testing
• Collaborate closely with engineering, program management, quality, and product leads to resolve issues
• Contribute to logistics and training planning tied to integration and test activities

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience, or Graduate degree and 4+ years, or 10+ years of related experience in lieu of degree
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph
• Integration and test experience at subsystem and system level
• Background in electronics testing, including test process flow and execution
• Experience with qualification and system-level testing, including FAQT and FAT
• Familiarity with MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-461 environments
• Hands-on use of electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers
• Experience with testing RF / SATCOM communication circuits
• Familiarity with firewalls, switches, routers, network architecture, and subnetting
• Ability to automate test procedures and data analysis activities, ideally using LabVIEW and/or Python

The Experience That Will Really Get Our Attention

You’ve been the go-to integrator who can bring up a new rack, wire it from scratch, configure the network, and run a full qualification test sequence without flinching. You’re comfortable jumping between RF, digital, and network layers, and you document your work so well that manufacturing and field teams can follow your lead.

Maybe you’ve helped stand up a new lab or data center space, defined power and cooling for racks, or secured a test environment for sensitive systems. You know how to turn a pile of equipment and requirements into a clean, repeatable, automated test regime.
