Job description

• Lead multiple software development teams in designing, developing, and modifying complex software systems.
• Implement sophisticated algorithms while adhering to strict performance, timing, and interface constraints.
• Analyze user requirements, oversee testing procedures, and ensure quality control across all software deliverables., * Serve as the technical lead across multiple software development teams, delegating programming and testing tasks.
• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance specifications.
• Design, code, debug, and modify software systems to add features, improve performance, and adapt to new hardware.
• Design and implement complex algorithms and mathematical models to evaluate and ensure system performance.
• Develop complex database queries and data repository interfaces.
• Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment to ensure operational specifications are satisfied.
• Establish software development process standards, recommend new technologies, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

• Degree: Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Total Compensation: $303k+ yearly
