Sr Data Engineer

Apex Systems is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to support enterprise data platform initiatives with a focus on Snowflake-based solutions and data pipeline development. This role will be responsible for integrating data from multiple source systems, building scalable and reusable data engineering processes, and supporting modern data architecture initiatives., * Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to load and integrate data from multiple source systems into Snowflake.

• Translate and migrate existing data warehouse solutions to Snowflake.
• Build scalable platforms, frameworks, and processes that enable standardized pipeline development.
• Develop reusable patterns and best practices for data engineering solutions.
• Support data governance and data contract implementation initiatives.
• Contribute to the enhancement, simplification, and expansion of existing data platforms and processes.
• Work effectively in environments with limited documentation and evolving requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data integration, transformation, and platform initiatives.

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Snowflake.
• Strong background in data engineering and data warehousing.
• Experience designing, developing, and supporting ETL/ELT processes.
• Proficiency in Python.
