Data Center Technician - I

· Pull, route, and organize structured cabling for data center equipment

· Assist with installing racks and positioning servers and related components

· Label cables and equipment, scan inventory, and update installation records

· Follow diagrams, work instructions, and safety procedures

· Use required PPE and report hazards or installation concerns

· Work with a team to move carts, racks, and equipment safely

The team values reliability, clear communication, and a willingness to learn., · 1-2 years of experience in low-voltage cabling, telecommunications, data centers, construction, security systems, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics

· Basic knowledge of fiber, structured cabling, or other low-voltage technology

· Ability to read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and standard operating procedures

· Basic computer skills for documentation, ticketing, or inventory systems

· Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability

Desired Skills & Experience

· Experience pulling or installing cable in structured environments

· Experience with fiber or cable providers, inside-plant telecommunications, or security-camera wiring

· Familiarity with rack installation, server equipment, or data center environments

· Experience using ladders and working in active construction or installation areas

· Degree or technical certification
