  • Experience with Agile Development, SCRUM, or Extreme Programming methodologies

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience designing, architecting, and developing high-impact web and software applications as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer; hold a BS/MS in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).

  • Full-lifecycle (SDLC) expertise with a deep commitment to high engineering standards, software architecture, Test-Driven Development (TDD), clean code, and operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated success as a technical go-to person and cross-functional leader; skilled at setting team vision, facilitating collaboration, and attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
  • Strategic thinker with outstanding business acumen and partnership skills, possessing the unique ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
