Engineering Coach - AI-Native Product & Engineering Transformation

We are seeking a highly experienced Engineering Coach to work alongside client technology, product, and engineering teams undergoing AI-enabled transformation. The ideal candidate is a hands-on practitioner with deep expertise in modern software engineering, AI-assisted development, product engineering, developer productivity, and engineering operating model transformation. This role is not a traditional Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Delivery Manager position. The Engineering Coach will work directly with engineering leaders, architects, product managers, and software development teams to accelerate adoption of AI-native engineering practices, improve developer productivity, and modernize software delivery capabilities., * Coach engineering organizations on AI-enabled ways of working

• Help clients evolve from traditional software delivery to AI-native product engineering
• Assess engineering maturity and identify improvement opportunities
• Drive adoption of modern software engineering practices and operating models
• Advise leadership on engineering organization design and transformation strategies

AI-Enabled Software Development

• Promote adoption of AI-assisted development tools and workflows
• Coach teams on effective use of AI coding assistants and developer productivity platforms
• Establish best practices for AI-augmented software development
• Guide implementation of AI-native development workflows
• Identify opportunities to improve engineering efficiency through automation and AI

Product Engineering & Delivery Excellence

• Partner with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and Architects
• Coach teams on building AI-native products and digital experiences
• Improve software development lifecycle effectiveness
• Facilitate engineering workshops, technical assessments, and capability-building sessions
• Help teams improve quality, speed, and reliability of software delivery

Architecture & Technical Leadership

• Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical guidance
• Support cloud-native and platform engineering initiatives
• Advise teams on scalable software and platform design
• Mentor senior engineers, architects, and technology leaders
• Guide implementation of modern engineering patterns and practices

Stakeholder Engagement

• Engage with client executives and technology leadership teams
• Facilitate engineering transformation workshops
• Present recommendations and transformation roadmaps
• Drive alignment across product, engineering, and business stakeholders

• 12+ years of software engineering experience
• Proven experience leading engineering transformation initiatives
