Principal Software Engineer

Drive architectural design, including dependent services, service interactions and policies. Create or introduce, test, and deploy disruptive technology to optimize existing services and/or create new market opportunities. Design and build technical roadmaps to optimize services and functions with a focus on performance and cost/benefit optimization.

Contribute to all parts of the software’s development including design, development, documentation, and testing. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related and seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in job offered or as a Programmer Analyst, System Test Engineer, Software Engineer, Quality Assurance Engineer, or related. Qualifying experience must include at least 5 years of experience with each of the following: Java; Agile Environment; Cloud Technologies (Iaas, Paas, serverless technology, NoSQL databases); Microservice design; CI/CD; DevOps; Spring Boot; Spring Cloud; Oracle/Postgres/MySQL; Design Principles; Software Architecture and Solution Feasibility Analysis.
