DevOps Software Engineer III AI & Automation - Intermediate (5 YearsSkills:Formal training or certification in software engineering with 3 years applied experience Experience in DevOps with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bitbucket, Terraform) and application resiliency & security Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting Experience with system administration and automated provisioningHands-on experience with logging, monitoring, and observability tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana)Production support and incident management experience Solid understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, and security principles Experience with AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar agentic frameworks)Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic) and prompt engineering Demonstrated ability to build AI-powered automation workflows or intelligent bots Understanding of when and how to apply AI solutions to operational challenges
