Job description
- Develop and maintain inbound and outbound Dayforce integrations.
- Configure and support EDI and benefits carrier integrations.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
- Work with CSV, XML, fixed-width files, and SFTP/FTP.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and perform testing.
- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and vendor teams.
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Dayforce Consultant with strong knowledge of EDI and file feed integrations to support data exchange between Dayforce HCM and third-party systems., * Hands-on experience with Dayforce HCM integrations.
- Strong knowledge of EDI, file feeds, and data mapping.
- Experience with inbound/outbound interfaces and SFTP/FTP.
- Knowledge of CSV, XML, and fixed-width file formats.
- Integration testing and troubleshooting experience.
Preferred: Benefits carrier integrations, EDI 834 enrollment files, SQL, APIs, and Dayforce certification.
