Job description
- Configure and maintain Epic applications based on business and clinical requirements.
- Support implementations, upgrades, enhancements, testing, and optimization.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
- Collaborate with clinical, business, and IT teams to analyze workflows and requirements.
- Develop documentation, test scripts, and support materials.
- Support integrations, interfaces, and data validation as required.
Requirements
- Active Epic Certification in a relevant module.
- Hands-on Epic build and configuration experience.
- Strong healthcare/EHR application experience.
- Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Epic Modules: Beacon, Willow, Ambulatory, Beaker, Radiant, Resolute, Cadence, Bridges, Clarity.
