Requirements

• 5-7+ years of relevant Audio Visual / Video Conferencing / AV Engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience supporting enterprise AV and video conferencing environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco video conferencing, and Poly endpoints.
• Experience supporting live events, Town Halls, All Hands, executive meetings, and webinars.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for audio, video, networking, hardware, and software issues.
• Experience with ServiceNow or another enterprise ITSM/ticketing platform.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Basic understanding of networking and network protocols.
• Strong knowledge of AV equipment including cameras, microphones, projectors, displays, touchscreens, mixers, speakers, cables, extenders, and video/audio peripherals.
