System Software Programmer - Project Lead

• Design, develop, and configure Power BI and OnBase content models, workflows, templates, and dashboards.
• Analyze existing programs and formulate logic for new systems, including flowcharting and coding.
• Prepare and obtain approval of system and programming documentation.
• Configure system settings and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing.
• Deploy applications across Dev, QA, and Production environments following secure coding best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with teams on architecture, performance, and reliability.

• 10 or more years of software development experience within the full SDLC, including state government environments.
• Proficiency in Power BI, with 5 or more years of hands-on development experience.
• Experience with OnBase, including 5 or more years of content modeling, workflow, and document management development.
• Experience with HTML, jQuery, JScript, and VB development, design, and coding.
• Experience with Agile methodology and strong SQL/SSIS development skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
