Requirements
- Strong radar and RF experience
- Radar modeling and simulation experience, likely in MATLAB
- Strong data analysis skills
- Electrical engineering background with strong software skills
Pluses:
- Missile seeker experience (helpful but less critical here)
- Prime developer experience (Lockheed, Raytheon, Boeing, Northrop)
- Aerospace engineering background
- Hands-on work with real systems, not just remote analysis
