Tier I Helpdesk Technician - MSP, Full time Remote

• Troubleshoot and support Windows OS issues.
• Basic networking troubleshooting and support.
• Handle user maintenance requests (permissions, access, etc.).
• Troubleshoot basic WiFi issues.
• Provide printer and scanner support.
• Support content filtering systems.
• Troubleshoot 3rd-party applications.
• Perform new user onboardings.
• Navigate basic O365 functions.
• Maintain and update customer network documentation in near real-time.

• 3+ years printer and scanner support.
• Windows NTFS management.
• Basic LAN networking.
• Managed WiFi systems configuration & troubleshooting.
• MSP experience preferred.
