Data Analyst - RJLA #6

We are seeking experienced Data Analysts to collect, analyze, and interpret data for our clients across multiple locations. You will turn complex data into clear insights and reports that support decision-making, and work closely with business teams, technical staff, and client stakeholders., * Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights

• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
• Translate business questions and requirements into analytical approaches and deliverables
• Perform data validation, quality checks, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Support data migration, integration, and reporting projects
• Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ensure data handling meets security requirements and applicable government standards
• Collaborate with data engineers, ETL developers, business analysts, and client stakeholders
• Document data definitions, metrics, methodologies, and reporting procedures

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
• Proficiency with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling)
• Solid understanding of data analysis, statistics, and data quality concepts
• Familiarity with secure data handling and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, FISMA, CJIS, HIPAA)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently on-site or hybrid at assigned locations, * Scripting or analysis experience with Python or R
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL tools
• Experience with SSRS, Excel Power Query, or cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, Snowflake)
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst, Tableau, Google Data Analytics)
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Ability to obtain a government security clearance or pass a background check
